Continuous Horizontal Accumulator:
Zikeli offers continuous horizontal accumulators for tape widths from 40 to 400 mm and thicknesses from 0.60 to 4.75 mm.
The purpose of the continuous horizontal accumulator is to allow coils to be spliced without the need for tube formers or rollformers to stop.
With automatic or semi-automatic cycle, through automation by frequency converter, PLC, remote and HMI Touch Screen.

Vertical accumulator:
Vertical accumulators are made up of two reels with a 180° turn, designed to accumulate coils spliced together, with widths from 80 to 400 mm and thicknesses from 1 to 4.25 mm.
While one spool feeds the machine, the other is loaded with reels.
